Dinkbound lists pickleball events that clubs and facilities publish on other platforms, and shows them in one place. We do not run the events, take registrations or handle payments. When you register for an event you do it on the organiser’s own platform, under that platform’s terms.
By using Dinkbound you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Listings can be wrong
Listings are gathered automatically and can be out of date, incomplete or mistaken. Each one says where it came from and how old its information is. Check the organiser’s page before you travel or pay. We do not promise that a listing is accurate or that an event will take place.
Accounts
You can browse Dinkbound without an account. An account lets you set more filters and keeps them the same on every device you sign in on.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Use your own email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done under it.
Your player profile
Completing a player profile (your name, ZIP code and skill level) is optional. The profile is for adults: by completing it you confirm that you are 18 or older.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, or that a player profile belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its information.
What you may not do
Do not use Dinkbound to break the law, to harass or mislead anyone, to gather other people’s information, to interfere with the service or test its security, or to copy its listings in bulk. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
Changes
Dinkbound is free. We may change it, pause it or stop offering it. We may also change these terms; when we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and continuing to use Dinkbound after that means you accept the new terms.
No warranty, and limits on our responsibility
Dinkbound is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on a listing, from an event itself, from an organiser’s platform, or from Dinkbound being unavailable or mistaken.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
